Swamp Head Brewery started with a simple idea: brew beer that tastes like Florida — bold, unpretentious, and made with real ingredients. No shortcuts. No mass-production compromises.
Since 2008, we've been brewing in Gainesville, just minutes from the Santa Fe River that gives us our name and our inspiration. What began as a two-barrel system is now a full-scale production facility, but the approach hasn't changed — every batch is still a small one.
Our beers have earned medals at the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup, but the recognition we value most is the regulars who show up week after week, glass in hand, telling a friend to come check us out.
